An interment cremation and private family memorial / celebration of live service will be held. Janice went home to be with the Lord Thursday, July 4, 2013, surrounded by her loving family at home. The most important to her was being a loving wife and mother to her family. Janice worked various jobs in her life-time. Dodie Sue, Marilyn Ilene, Robin Jane, and Gary Melvin II. Gary and Janice were married Jat the First Christian Church in Blair, NE. She met the love of her life Gary Melvin Hansen while her father worked for the airport in Alliance, NE. Janice attended schools in Gordon, NE and Alliance, NE. When she’s not at the beach, Diana likes to be at the rink, cheering on her favorite team: the Washington Capitals.Janice Ilene (Booth) Hansen was born Jat Crawford, NE to Joseph Mark and Anna Kestena (Petersen) Booth. Amanda, a University of Richmond graduate is the Vice President of Marketing for the Washington Capitals and resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Russell. Devin, a Boston College graduate, is a Portfolio Manager at ProFunds Advisors and lives with his wife Katie and new daughter Avery in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Brett, a Villanova graduate, is the Vice President of Sales for NBC Sports Washington and lives in Rockville, MD with his wife Kelly and sons, Grayson and Bo. Her accomplishments are many, but her proudest are her three children. She has a BA from the University of Maryland, and lives in Potomac, MD. Outside the office, Diana is an active supporter of the theater and arts and remains closely involved with charitable organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She continues to lead by example and her vision has earned The Ford Agency the reputation as a leader in the Washington recruiting industry. Since the firm’s inception, Diana’s commitment to client services and high standards has guided the company’s philosophy. She is integrally involved in client relations, recruiting, and the placement process.
